The United States is discussing new measures to combat riots

US President Donald Trump's administration is discussing programs to create rapid reaction forces of the National Guard to respond to civil unrest, according to Washington Post, citing Pentagon's internal documents.

"Trump administration is discussing the programs to establish" Rapid Reaction Forces for Internal Civilians ", which will be made of hundreds of soldiers of the National Guard," the publication said.
According to the publication, the program envisages the constant combat readiness of 600 servicemen so that they can be deployed for only one hour.

"They will be distributed to two groups of 300 people and will be located in Alabama and Arizona's military bases," the publication writes.
