Ruben Vardanyan no longer has a share in "Autoinvest" LLC

Ruben Vardanyan, the founder of "Troika Dialog" investment company, no longer has a stake in "Autoinvest" LLC, which is a shareholder of the Russian truck manufacturer "Kamaz". As RIA Novosti reports, this is evidenced by the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, "BIR". -Analytik" and "Contour.Focus" data. "Kamaz" has not published any new data on the share capital. In 2023, the main shareholders were "Rostech" Corporation (47.1%), "Autoinvest" (23.54%) and "Daimler AG" companies (15%).

It is noted that until October 17, 2024, Ruben Vardanyan owned 15% of "Autoinvest" company. From that day on, Dmitry Artyakov started managing the same share. Nikolay Timokhin has another 50% in "Autoinvest", Kogogin, the general director of "Kamaz" has 35%. Let us remind that in September 2022, Ruben Vardanyan moved to Stepanakert and on November 4, he was appointed the Prime Minister of Artsakh. On February 23, 2023, he was released from that position, but he remained in Artsakh until the September aggression of Azerbaijan in 2023. On September 27, he was illegally arrested, and he is still in prison in Baku.

Azerbaijan's law enforcement agencies presented Vardanyan with trumped-up charges: financing terrorism, creating armed groups, and illegally crossing the border. Vardanyan faces up to 14 years in prison.
