On October 14, 52-year-old Gayane Sargsyan, a resident of Vanadzor city, alerted the operative control center of the Lori regional police department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and reported that a theft was committed from kindergarten No. 33.

Sargsyan told the police that between October 11 and October 14, an unknown person or persons, using technical means, entered the entrance of kindergarten No. 33 operating in Tashir Khugh and opened the doors to his office and stole money, alcoholic beverages and a large number of 500 dram coins.

Due to the fact of the incident, the investigative department of Lori marz initiated criminal proceedings under the characteristics of "theft of personal property".
