Ambassador Rodio Mirosnik accused Kiev to prevent the Russian-Ukrainian talks and creating a "intolerable atmosphere". According to him, Russia is ready to continue the talks, but Ukraine only makes "peaceful" words, and in fact increases hostilities on the Russian territory.
Mirosnik reminded that the initiator of the talks is Russian President Vladimir Putin, who has already agreed to hold the next round in Istanbul on June 2. However, Ukraine has not yet responded to Russia's proposal.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that Kiev was ready for the talks, but Russia does not want peace. Russia claims that in fact Ukraine is obstructing the process, continuing military provocations near Russian borders, Gazeta reports.
