Russian troops continue to attack, but progress is insignificant


Against the background of possible diplomatic processes in Turkey, Russian troops continue offensive in the East of Ukraine. The main target remains the Donetsk region, where the Russian Defense Ministry announces the capture of Torskel settlement, claiming that the troops crossed the Jerebel River. Kiev has not yet confirmed this information.

The General Staff of Ukraine reports that almost half of the attacks are concentrated on the Pokrovsky region, where Russian troops are trying to control the path to important supply. Ukrainian servicemen said CNN that it is difficult to reach the artillery position due to the great activity of Russian drones, CNN reports.
