Within the framework of his working visit to the USA, on October 15, the First Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia-Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan had meetings with the Director of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency Mike Miller, the Commander of the Security Support Command of the US Army, Brig. Gen. Allen Pepper, and the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs Teresa Guenov.
During the meetings, a number of issues related to the current course of Armenia-US defence partnership, upcoming programs and regional security were discussed.
