On October 15, Ambassador Lilit Makunts met with Jonathan Katz, senior director of governance research on anti-corruption, democracy and security issues at the Brookings Institution. This is reported by the Embassy of Armenia in the USA.
The ambassador presented the security situation in Armenia and the South Caucasus, as well as the latest developments recorded in the peace process.
Reference was also made to the agenda of democratic reforms in Armenia, possible directions of further cooperation were discussed.
