Erdogan does not plan large-scale changes in the Cabinet of Ministers

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan does not plan to make large-scale changes in the cabinet of ministers, reshuffles are possible, but not in the near future, Hurriyet newspaper wrote on Monday.

The Turkish leader himself announced the possibility of reshuffles in the cabinet of ministers, speaking to journalists on the plane after returning from the Balkan tour. However, he did not specify which sectors and ministers he is talking about. On Sunday, the opposition newspaper Sözçü wrote that Erdogan may, among other things, change the heads of the interior and justice ministries.

"Since the signal comes from the president, naturally there is a desire to find out which minister is leaving. However, first of all, large-scale changes are not expected. Second, government reshuffles are not on the agenda today or tomorrow," the publication writes.
