"Today is the birthday of our Yerevan. he is 2806 years old, he is still young today with his new generation, he is still smiling in the eyes of his residents, he is born and rejuvenated with the first cry of his new-born children, and when our Yerevan celebrates its 3000th anniversary, our generations will look at today's footage on those days. like we do now, he will look at old footage, compare the buildings, try to guess which street is which, and what the building looked like, for example, when Yerevan was 2806 years old.
Yerevan will preserve the traces of our hands on its buildings, the streets will remember our steps and voices, and we will be a second of the eternal history of our ancient and young city. Congratulations, our beloved capital, the eternal city of our love, our life."
