The incident took place in the village of Seyka. According to preliminary information, the child did not leave the man to sleep. The boy's dissatisfied man beat the boy for a few hours, injuring his head and body. At some point, the father turned tobacco on his son's leg and cut his left ear.
The child has been saved and is now in the hospital where he is provided with the help.
A case against his father was initiated under the article of torturing a minor. The defendant himself, accepted his guilt, and soon a measure of restraint will be elected.
"Investigators have initiated the adoption of funding for the prevention of social assistance and psychological rehabilitation from the Father," the publication said.
At the moment, the employees of the Russian Investigation Committee are investigating.
