The second president of RA, Robert Kocharyan, is not afraid that he will be arrested again. In response to journalists' questions before the court session, he said: "We'll live, we'll see."
It should be noted that the reopened criminal case against the second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, former CSTO Secretary Yuri Khachaturov, former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Grigoryan, and former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan is being examined in the Anti-Corruption Court.
At the moment, the second court session in that case is going on. Judge Sargis Petrosyan presides.
Journalists asked the same question to Robert Kocharyan's son, Levon Kocharyan.
"From a legal point of view, it seems that they cannot have the opportunity to detain, but in the last 6 years we have seen so many things, from my case to many other cases... We have seen that they can do whatever they want in this period of permissiveness," he said and added. that expecting justice from the trial is naive, first of all, taking into account the fact that the judge examining the case was a member of the KP party, as well as a candidate for deputy.
