Texas Governor Greg Hebott has instructed the Public Security Department to support federal law enforcement agencies to arrest the criminal immigrants hiding in the state.
"Today I instructed Texas Department of Public Security to launch tactical percussion groups to work with our Federal partners to apply immigration laws in the entire state.
These teams will coordinate with internal security departments to find thousands of illegal immigrants in Texas, who are from our arrest and to remove them from our country, "said Abot.
The governor noted that so far the authorities of the Texas have given the arrest of 5.4 thousand migrants. The official did not elaborate on what crimes they were suspected of.
Earlier, the head of state said that Texas will send a border with Mexico to more than 400 soldiers, as well as C-130 planes and Chinook helicopters to fight illegal migration.
