"Dear compatriots, dear soldiers, I congratulate you on the 33rd anniversary of the army.
The army is one of the pillars of our independent statehood and the important guarantor of the country's security.
In the Armed Forces, human rights and the priority of the right have exceptional importance and priority in terms of my activities.
The protection of the rights of each representative of the Armed Forces is always in the center of my attention. I regularly visit military units and military institutions, personally meeting with servicemen, to understand and raise their concerns.
Relevant proposals and solutions are being developed for systemic problems with us and competent state bodies.
