The President of Kazakhstan, Kasim-Zhomart Tokayev, congratulated the acting head of state of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, on his victory in the elections. This was reported by the press service of the head of Belarus.
"Kasim-Zhomart Tokaev congratulated his Belarusian colleague on the occasion of the victory in the presidential elections of the Republic of Belarus," the message reads.
The leaders of the countries also briefly discussed the main issues of the development of bilateral cooperation and exchanged ideas on international issues.
