Moscow is ready for negotiations. Putin

Moscow is ready to hold negotiations on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this.

"As for negotiations, we have always said that we are ready for them," Putin said.

He noted that the West should force Vladimir Zelensky to cancel the ban on negotiations.  "As it is known, the head of the regime in Kyiv, when he still had enough legitimacy, issued an order prohibiting negotiations. And now how can the negotiations be resumed, if they are prohibited", said the President of the Russian Federation.

According to Putin, the existence of such a ban makes the results of possible negotiations illegal.

"Besides, the Ukrainian leadership is also illegal at the moment. This circumstance is fraught with a legal conflict of interest and will devalue any outcome of the negotiations," he said. Share
