NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said the alliance must provide Kiev with a favorable position at the negotiating table to achieve a "durable peace" as well as grant membership to the alliance.
"Our task should be to bring Ukraine to negotiations on a better position, and as a result of these negotiations, a lasting peace should be established through collective efforts that will not be disrupted again," he said during a discussion held at World Economic.
