"We expect new opportunities and a golden age in the Hungarian-American cooperation, because Donald Trump and Viktor Orbán are undoubtedly political allies, it is clear that they have the same approach to the serious challenges facing the world and important political issues." , the minister said in an interview to HirTV.
He also noted that during the administration of Joe Biden, the relations between the United States and Hungary "dropped to a historical minimum." In his opinion, the fault of this belongs to the American David Pressman, who recently returned to his homeland.
