During 2024, 57,799,536,644 drams were confiscated by the Enforcement Service, of which 19,360,377,791 drams were confiscated for the benefit of the state budget, including 5,869,328,039 drams for the benefit of legal entities through enforcement proceedings initiated in favor of the Police and Patrol Service. AMD 33,886,710,010, AMD 2,736,877,648 for the benefit of natural persons, of which AMD 1,984,177,461 in enforcement proceedings for confiscation of alimony, AMD 1,815,571,195 in non-property enforcement proceedings.
This is reported by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, presenting the activities of the 2024 CSDP.
"Drams 694,465,572 were recovered through the enforcement proceedings for securing the claim. During the reporting period, 5,187,901,473 AMD enforcement costs were confiscated, which is 128,834,286 AMD more than in 2023," the message states.
