On the eve of her 112th birthday, the resident of Spain Angelina Torres shared the secret of longevity and told how she managed to live to such a respectable age. This is reported by Andalucia Information.
The woman was born on March 18, 1913 in Belvis municipality and is the fifth child of the family.
Talking about his life, Torres says that he almost never got sick. The woman says that the secret of her longevity is a drink she drinks every morning: a glass of water with a few drops of lemon and a teaspoon of sugar. The centenarian is also sure that long walks and a positive attitude towards life help her stay in shape.
Previously, a 110-year-old American woman considered dancing the secret of her longevity.
