Accusing and injured parties demand to declare Jalal Harutyunyan guilty

In the case of the former commander of the Defense Army Jalal Harutyunyan, the accusers and the victims demand to declare Jalal Harutyunyan guilty.

The representative of the victims' successors, Liparit Simonyan, told "Pastinfo" that the testimonies of about 50 witnesses questioned in the court were completely against Jalal Harutyunyan.

However, Jalal Harutyunyan's lawyer Arsen Sardaryan claims that Jalal Harutyunyan's innocence was proven in court.

"We expect an acquittal verdict," he said in a conversation with Aysor.am.

The lawyer mentioned that they did not see anyone testifying against Jalal Harutyunyan. "There are people who present certain circumstances in a distorted manner, at this moment we will not talk about it in detail, if we consider it necessary, we will present the whole case point by point with the testimony of witnesses, we will discuss it," he said.
