The Myanmar government is seeking to hold fair parliamentary elections to resolve the civil conflict in the country politically.
This was announced by the Prime Minister of Myanmar, Min Aung Hlaing, in his New Year's message, which was published by The Global New Light of Myanmar newspaper.
"I am committed to the successful organization of free and fair elections, which is the ultimate goal of the State Governing Council, and efforts are being made to return the nation to the right democratic path, so I call on our citizens to actively participate in ensuring that the 2024 election is based on patriotism and national spirit. the success of the elections," said the Prime Minister of Myanmar.
