The Pentagon is transporting hundreds of thousands of artillery ammunition to Ukraine, announced US President Joe Biden, whose words were published on the White House website.
"The Pentagon is currently in the process of moving hundreds of thousands of artillery ammunition, thousands of missiles and hundreds of armored vehicles," the publication said.
It is noted that Washington will continue to strengthen Kiev's position until the end of Biden's term.
In addition, the head of the White House announced the allocation of almost 2.5 billion dollars to Ukraine. Of this, $1.22 billion was allocated to the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI).
