Kylie Minogue was forced to call in police after being harassed by a man at her London home, it has been reported.

Officers were called to a house in Kensington and Chelsea, London, on 23 January following a complaint from a female resident, the Metropolitan Police said.

Police said the man has been issued with a harassment warning.

Minogue, 50, is said to have been "very shaken" by the ordeal.

One neighbour said the man appeared to have launched a "sustained campaign" against her.

He told The Sun newspaper: "It came to a head when the man repeatedly pressed the intercom button to her home for hours on end last week and refused to leave.

"Kylie was quite upset and called in police. They spoke to Kylie, and also the suspect in the street for quite a while."
