191 million drams were allocated to the opera and ballet theater

In its today's session on November 21, the government decided to redistribute the funds of the KGSMS and allocate 191.5 million drams to the National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet named after A. Spendiaryan.

In the justification, it is mentioned that the theater and concert organizations financed by the new model are financed in the double amount of their own income of the previous year.

Based on the calculation of the actual income presented by the "A. Spendiaryan National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet", in 2023 it amounted to 957 million 917 thousand drams.

The accrued income of SNOC is 914 million 876 thousand drams, which is twice as much as 1 billion 829 million 752 thousand drams. The organization has already received 1.6 billion drams in 2024, the difference is 191.5 million drams.
This decision proposes to make a redistribution in the amount of the specified amount.
