After violence by the mother's partner in the Penza region, the two-year-old child was hospitalized, according to Penza.
The victim's mother met with his partner in the summer and soon moved to him in the Gorodishchensky region. One day he went to the neighbor and when he returned, he noticed traces of the zone clock on the baby's shovel. Then the couple was arguing.
Two days later, a dog was attacked. According to the locals, the child cried aloud, and the man filled his mouth alcohol. After that, the child fell asleep, but the mother later could not wake him, so turned to medical care. He appeared in a coma and was hospitalized.
The Russian Investigation Committee is currently investigating the situation.
"The man was arrested, he was accused of torturing a child in helpless," he said.
The resident of Penza is currently in custody. The victim is provided with all the necessary help.
