By the order of the Minister of Sports of the Russian Federation, he was awarded the title of "Master of Sports" to 9 representatives of the Armenian communities of Russia.
Among them are Elizaveta Karartinyan (Muite, Kraslodar Territory), Vardan Torosyan (MMA, Kraslodar Territory), Milena Asryan (Artistic Gymnastics, Astrakhan Region), Maria Karapetryan (Archery, Kaliningrad region), Boris Kheremyan (Universal March, Samara region), Artyom Pochanyan (Boxing, Sverdlovsk region), Grigor Zhamkrikyan (Weightlifting, Khanty-Money Autonomous Region) եւ Ernest Ayrian (Chepk, Moscow).
