Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that the country's armed forces have received the first serial "Oreeshnik" average missile complex. He stated recruitment during a meeting with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. According to the head of state, the serial rocket system has already entered production.
Putin added that the location of the system has already been decided in Belarus together with Belarusian specialists, and those positions are currently being prepared. "We are likely to close that issue by the end of the year," he said.
"We are not fluctuating. We do it alone, there is no need to hurry, "Alexander Lukashenko added. Putin noted that everything is going on according to the program.
Last fall became known about the existence of a missile, when Putin announced its use in Ukraine in combat. He insisted that Western countries do not have the means to effectively pierce the Oreshunik, Lenta.ru reports.
According to available data, the rocket can be developed to 11 speeds of mute, has up to 5.5 thousand km flights and is equipped with branching heads, managed warlords.
