Archaeologists who are excavated by the ancient city of Afic city on the coast of the Mediterranean, the Archaeologists of the African city of African, have discovered a well-preserved golden ring of about 2,300 years old. It is believed that the decoration has hidden the young bride during one of the historical conflicts.
The discovery was made at a late Roman or early Byzantine district (3-4th centuries). The ring has a simple design, it is smooth and is not decorated with precious stones, but its material and condition testify to the high social status of its owner.
