According to current legal entry, if a person filed a lawsuit in the court, which is accepted, the fulfillment of the disputed administrative act is suspended until the final judicial act enters into force.
For example, if a tax authority is imposed on a fine or other additional tax liabilities, the Act of this Tax Authority is not subject to the application (payment) to the decision of the RA Administrative Court.
And with new settings, it turns out that a person, whether a legal or physical, must pay the fine to him and only only appeal that act.
