The meeting with the head of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is taking place on the sidelines of the CIS summit. The main topic at the negotiations will be the issue of normalizing relations between Baku and Yerevan. Putin is also scheduled to have a separate meeting with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday.
