Kremlin responds to Zelenskyy's words about conflict’s ‘imminent end’

Dmitry Peskov, spokesperson of the Russian president, commented on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's words about the “imminent end” of the conflict and said that any war ends in peace in one way or another, but there is no alternative to the fact that Russia will achieve its goals, reports RIA Novosti."You know that any war ends in peace one way or another. But for us [i.e. Russia] it is absolutely non-optional to achieve the goals we have set," said Peskov, responding the reporters' question.Earlier, Volodymyr Zelenskyy had stated on Telegram that Ukraine's "victory plan" was completely ready.
