Orban stated that there is a danger

The actions of Ukraine, which imposed sanctions against oil and gas companies from Ukraine and Russia, threaten Europe with a crisis, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said. This is reported by TASS.

During the discussion of energy issues with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić in Belgrade, Orban emphasized that Europe is rapidly approaching a new energy crisis.

Yesterday, the Prime Minister of Hungary announced that the safety of the "Turkish Stream" gas pipeline, which is used to supply gas from Russia to European countries, must be ensured by all means. According to Orban, otherwise, the republic will not be able to realize its economic growth in 2025.

As the prime minister noted, the biggest threat to the Hungarian economy is the possible increase in gas and oil prices due to the sanctions imposed by Western countries against Russia. The increase in energy prices will put Budapest's plans at a standstill.
