On November 29, at 8:18 p.m., the crisis management center of the Lori Regional Rescue Department was alerted that an explosion and fire occurred at the gas station located in the Yerevan highway of Vanadzor city.

Four combat units from the fire-rescue squads of the Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs went to the scene.
