Putin and Tokayev signed a statement

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh President Kasim-Jomart Tokayev signed a joint statement in Astana on Wednesday, November 27, on deepening strategic partnership in the context of the new global order.

The signing took place after the negotiations between the two presidents.

Earlier on the same day, Putin arrived in Kazakhstan on a two-day visit, and Tokayev met him at the airport. At the meeting, the presidents discussed the development of bilateral relations, and the head of Kazakhstan noted that Astana was and remains Moscow's reliable strategic partner and ally.
