Several South Korean non-profit organizations protested Wednesday against the supply of weapons to Kiev amid reports of Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov's arrival in Seoul. This was reported by the TASS reporter from the scene.
The "Workers' Solidarity" organization organized a picket in front of the administration building of the President of the Republic of Korea in Seoul.
"They say that today in Yongsan region, President Yun Seok-Yol is meeting with the special delegation of Ukraine, as it appears, the special delegation will ask the president to supply weapons," the activists noted.
Earlier on Wednesday, the Yonhap news agency reported that the delegation headed by Umerov arrived in South Korea, where they are also expected to meet with Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun.
