The president of Georgia said that he is dissatisfied with the actions of the opposition

Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili expressed displeasure with the actions of the opposition protesting against the results of the parliamentary elections.

"Nobody is satisfied with the opposition, neither me nor the population, because we knew the plan of action, according to the statute, how we should come to the next elections," said Zurabishvili in an interview with Mtavari Arkhi.

As the president noted, political parties were preparing for elections, not street demonstrations.

"There should be more coordination, this is the demand of the people," he added.

Parliamentary elections were held in Georgia on October 26. The ruling "Georgian Dream-Democratic Georgia" party won with 53.93% of the votes and received 89 out of 150 mandates in the legislative body.
