It turns out that Pashinyan didn't like these comments befitting a deputy: he only tolerates "backpackers" and considers every display of dignified behavior a challenge to him, while Zeynalyan tried to make a speech befitting a representative of the main political body of the country, so this admonition is not unexpected.
