Armenia has appointed a new ambassador to the OSCE

Andranik Hovhannisyan was appointed the Ambassador of Armenia to the OSCE. The relevant decree was signed by RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan.

Hovhannisyan is also the ambassador of Armenia to the office of the United Nations and other international organizations in Vienna.

At the end of October, he was appointed the ambassador of Armenia to Austria. Previously, he was the ambassador of Armenia to Switzerland and the permanent representative at the UN office in Geneva. Before the appointment of Hovhannisyan, the permanent representative of Armenia at the OSCE was Armen Papikyan.

On October 25, he was appointed a new permanent representative in the Council of Europe.
