The Hague Court rejected Azerbaijan's initial 2 objections within the framework of the "Armenia v. Azerbaijan" case

The Hague Court today published the judgment regarding the preliminary objections presented by Azerbaijan in the "Armenia v. Azerbaijan" case.

The court rejected Baku's initial 2 objections in this case, arguing that Azerbaijan violated the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination by implementing a state policy of racial discrimination.

As a result of Armenian hatred, Armenians were subjected to mass murders, tortures and violence. Azerbaijan's objections related to the jurisdiction of the Hague Court, it was also noted that "certain claims of Armenia are not under the jurisdiction of the court, within the scope of subject-matter jurisdiction according to Article 22 of the ICCPR".

These objections were rejected.
