The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated that the Russian society considers the "courtship" with the "neo-Nazi regime" of Ukraine to be unconditionally unacceptable, especially on the part of allies and partners.

Zelensky also spoke about the need to deepen relations with Azerbaijan and noted that relations with Armenia are being restored "for the first time after a long time".
According to Zakharova, this position is shared not only by state institutions, but also by Russian citizens, who are targeted by terrorist attacks in Kiev and ask how some friendly and allied countries, officials and politicians do not notice all this.
He noted that they condemn the visits to Kiev and fraternization with terrorist leaders, who openly talk about destroying everything Russian, shell civilian objects every day and kill civilians, including citizens of CIS countries. In addition, they justify the bander supporters of Hitler's Germany, for the victory against which millions of citizens of all republics of the USSR gave their lives.
According to the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, it is impossible to understand why it is necessary to host representatives of the Ukrainian junta, participate in politicized gatherings and provide a platform for threats against Russia. He emphasized that instead of ignoring or remaining silent, they will appeal to their conscience, because such a policy contains serious risks, including in the context of relations with Russia.
Zakharova also added that it was inappropriate for the leadership of Kiev to talk about the independence of other countries, because as a result of their rule, Ukraine finally lost the signs of independence, became financially, economically and militarily dependent on Western sponsors and destroyed the emerging Ukrainian statehood.
