I was illegally fired from the State Revenue Committee. This was announced on August 12 at the session of the National Assembly, during the discussion of the issue of the election of the chairman of the Finance, Credit and Budget Committee, the candidate for that position, deputy of the "Strong Armenia" faction Hayk Farmanyan, answering the question of the ruling CP faction deputy Sisak Gabrielyan.
"I have not held a political position. I was hired solely for my professional knowledge and then fired illegally. If you study the structure of the SRC, you will be convinced that only in the Western Customs Department, they united two departments that have nothing to do with each other, just to relieve me from my position," Farmanyan said.
According to the opposition deputy, he was simply told to write an application and leave.
"They directly told me that you are not ours, and it happened during your rule in 2019. My words will be confirmed by many former employees of SRC. The same was said to some of them. For exactly one year, from 2018 to February 2019, I was persecuted. I appealed to the courts, all the way to the Court of Cassation, which decided that I was fired illegally," said the deputy.
