According to RIA Novosti, Iran has stopped fulfilling its obligations under the memorandum reached with the United States. This was stated by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran, Kazem Gharib-Abadi.
According to him, Tehran no longer fulfills its obligations under the agreement, focusing on the country's defense issues.
"We have also stopped fulfilling our obligations and at the moment we are not fulfilling them, being busy with the issues of defense of the country," Gharib-Abadi said, referring to the Tasnim agency.
Earlier, the speaker of the Iranian parliament and the head of the negotiating delegation with the US, Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf, stated that Tehran does not see the point in keeping the terms of the memorandum if they are not fulfilled by the other side.
