Today, on June 28, the police, rescuers, and citizens started searching for the citizen who drowned in Pambak river yesterday.
According to Shamshyan.com, divers in the river, and rescuers, community police, patrols, volunteers and relatives of the wanted person began to carry out search operations along the river. After a while, searchers with unmanned aerial vehicles should also join the search operations in the entire area of the river.
As a result of the incident, criminal proceedings were initiated in the Lori Marz Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
As Shamshyan.com reported earlier, on June 27, a mysterious and tragic incident took place in Lori region. Around 11:00, the Lori regional rescue department of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs received operational information that there is a body in the Pambak river flowing near the 1st tunnel of the Vanadzor-Alaverdi highway.
On the spot, it was found that the operative information received was reliable and a body was found in the Pambak river.
The rescuers tried to approach the body using a special rope and bring it to the shore.
The photojournalist reported that an "Opel" car was found in the river about 700 meters from the body found in the river, and according to preliminary information, there was another person with the deceased.
