This is stated in the commentary of the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova in connection with the upcoming presidential elections in the United States.

“If something changes in American policy and proposals come to us, we will be ready to study them to see if they comply with Russian interests,” the diplomat said.
