That oil comes through an oil pipeline that directly travels through Turkey, as you can see in the picture below.
Israel obviously NEEDS this oil to continue their war, without it they would be forced to stop.

Turkey, obviously, is able to stop this oil from getting to Israel - but they refuse to do so and they allow it to enter Israel.
And at the same time, they place sanctions onto Israel and say they want Israel to stop. This is a clear hypocrisy.
