Turkey expects that the negotiation trend on the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine will be supported by specific agreements, a Turkish diplomatic source told RIA Novosti on Tuesday.
The second meeting of the tripartite working group on security issues, attended by representatives of Russia, the United States and Ukraine, ended on Saturday in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The UAE government assessed the meeting as positive and constructive, noting that the delegations of Russia and Ukraine were in direct contact.
"We record positive statements about the negotiation trend. We expect that these statements will be supported by concrete agreements that will end the conflict," the source of the agency said.
