The US is moving cargo from an air defense base in Texas to the Middle East

C-17A Globemaster III military transport planes of the US Air Force are transporting cargo from Robert Gray Airport in Texas to the Middle East, "Gazeta" writes, referring to Flightradar24 and ADS-B Exchange data.

The base hosts Patriot air defense missile systems and THAAD anti-missile systems designed to intercept ballistic targets.

According to aviation data, US military transport planes made six flights in the last 48 hours. Among them are flights to Jordan's Muwafak Salt Air Base and Saudi Arabia's Prince Sultan Air Base.
