On October 26, a 36-year-old resident of Yerevan applied to the Central Police Department of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and reported that her child had been sexually assaulted.
As a photojournalist reportsGagik Shamshyan, that woman was invited to the Central Police Department, where she reported that the child's 61-year-old grandfather had regularly committed sexual acts against her 6-year-old child, due to which the child developed serious psychological problems.
Regarding the incident, documents were prepared in the Central Police Department, which were transferred to the investigation department of the Kentron and Nork Marash administrative districts of the Yerevan City Investigation Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
