On October 26, a resident of the capital, Armine D., appeared in front of a freight train passing through the administrative borders of Yerevan, in an unauthorized section of the railway tracks. All efforts were made by the locomotive crew to avoid the collision, but the freight train could not be brought to an emergency stop.
The citizen died in the hospital from his injuries.

In addition, on October 27, at the unguarded crossing of the Karakert-Dalarik section, Gyumri-Yerevan a suburban electric train collided with a ВAZ 2107 passenger car, which ignored the red signal of the traffic light and pulled out in front of the moving train. Fortunately, no one was injured in the collision due to the application of emergency braking by the locomotive crew.
The company reminds that actions are regularly held on its initiative in order to inform citizens about the rules of interaction with the railway infrastructure.
