There is no greater success for the people and the state than to have many large families who have all the conditions for a good life whose children are healthy, they are educated and ready to build the country's good future. Unfortunately, the number of such families in Armenia today is very small, and we must do everything possible to get out of this dangerous situation. The state must be obliged to ensure that opportunity without any reservation.
The state must and must take care of every Armenian child who draws birth to parents, which will seriously stimulate the birth rate. The young family should have the opportunity to improve its housing conditions, and the state must play a serious role here. Our young parents should use various benefits when hired or accepted university. Finally, our honorary elderly, our adults should have the opportunity to restore their health without fear that can be a burden on their children's family budget. Any citizen of Armenia should never be deprived of the opportunity to maintain health, the lack of money, or defeat.
We have already had such programs to develop and implement such programs in smaller volumes. The movement is working to find all these questions to find software fundamental solutions and to implement very close to the future. We will do our own way.
